1. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times: All orders are processed within 1-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Thursdays, weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout.

 

2. International Shipping Policy

We do not offer international shipping yet. Shipping rates and fees may vary depending on the delivery address for your order.

 

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SAMPLES is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

5. Damages

SAMPLES is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

6. Returns Policy

Our Return & Refund policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.

 

7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items on SALE, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
